Pudsey the Dog takes a starring role at FunFest!

10/3/2015 Meet Ashleigh and Pudsey at the upcoming blogger summit.

Britain’s Got Talent winner and movie star Pudsey the Dog, plus his celebrity trainer Ashleigh Butler, will be appearing at the upcoming FunFest Blogger Summit.

Ashleigh and Pudsey will do a live performance and take questions from the audience during the FunFest conference session. In addition, during the afternoon expo, Ashleigh and Pudsey will meet delegates for interviews and photo opportunities.

The celebrity duo are appearing courtesy of the Carte Blanche Group, which signed a major global licensing deal with them last year. The agreement will see Carte Blanche representing Pudsey the Dog globally across an entire licensed consumer product and digital portfolio.

There will be a dedicated Pudsey the Dog branded area at FunFest, where Carte Blanche is keen to talk to bloggers about partnerships for social media campaigns throughout the year and beyond.

Ruth Leonard, Carte Blanche’s Director of Marketing & New Business Development, enthused: “FunFest is the first event of its kind and as brand owners we’re incredibly excited to be in front of such an influential audience.

“We’re working hard to develop exciting and rich content to support the launch of the brand, some of which will be released at the Funfest event. We can’t wait to see the reaction from bloggers who are very much part of our long term communications strategy for the brand.”

“This is a fantastic addition to the FunFest Blogger Summit,” added Kirsty Barr, MD of miPR, the company behind FunFest.

“Not only will we all get to see and meet Ashleigh and Pudsey, but there will be some very exciting opportunities for bloggers to work with Carte Blanche on the brand this year and beyond.”

The FunFest Blogger Summit is a one-day event for parenting and lifestyle bloggers. It takes place on Saturday April 25th at Whittlebury Hall, Northampton, and will boast conference sessions and the opportunity for bloggers to discuss brand ambassador opportunities with a number of exhibiting companies. Children’s entertainment will also be provided.

Tickets costs just £59 and bloggers can bring their children along free of charge.
